The BHW35-8 is a 34-ton large diesel wheeled material handler powered by a Cummins QSB7-C227 diesel engine, delivering 169 kW at 1900 rpm with a 325 L fuel tank. It offers strong power and extended endurance, engineered for high-intensity bulk material handling in medium-to-large work environments.

The hydraulic system features dual-pump confluence with a maximum flow of 2×266 L/min and 32 MPa operating pressure, with a 270 L hydraulic oil tank ensuring smooth compound movements, abundant gripping force, and reliable, stable operation. The slewing system delivers a maximum speed of 8.0 r/min for steady, efficient cycles.

The wheeled undercarriage features a two-speed travel system: first gear at 5.3 km/h for heavy-load tractive effort, and second gear at 20.0 km/h for rapid relocation, with 35% gradeability to handle varied terrain. Equipped with a 5-tine semi-closed orange peel grab of 0.6 m³ capacity with 360° rotation, an 8,000 mm boom and 6,000 mm stick, the extended boom delivers a large working envelope — maximum grabbing reach of 14,882 mm, height of 13,441 mm, and depth of 6,082 mm.
