42T Mobile Material Handler (WZYD42-9) - Tracked

The WZYD42-9 is a 42-ton heavy-duty electric tracked material handler, the electric flagship of the series, driven by a 132 kW three-phase induction motor (380V / 50Hz, 1485 r/min). Its all-electric powertrain delivers zero exhaust emissions, low noise, and substantially lower operating costs than diesel equivalents — the ideal solution for green, high-efficiency production at large fixed workstations.

Its hydraulic system features dual-pump confluence with a maximum flow of 2×267 L/min and 32 MPa operating pressure. Hydraulic pilot control ensures smooth compound movements and strong gripping force, while the 390 L hydraulic oil tank supports sustained heavy-duty stability.

The tracked undercarriage offers a low ground pressure of just 0.077 MPa, excellent mobility, and 290 kN maximum traction. A two-speed travel system (2.9 / 4.7 km/h) and 8.2 r/min maximum slewing speed deliver dependable performance. Equipped with a 5-tine semi-closed orange peel grab of 1.0 m³ capacity, a 7,700 mm boom and 6,300 mm stick, it offers a maximum grabbing reach of 15,088 mm and height of 13,424 mm, with depth of 7,458 mm — the largest working envelope in the entire series, well suited for large scrap processing centers, waste-to-energy plants, port bulk stockyards, and heavy industrial material yards.
