The WZY32-8 is a 32-ton tracked material handler powered by a Cummins QSB7-C227 diesel engine, delivering 169 kW at 2000 rpm with a 324 L fuel tank — offering robust power and extended endurance for heavy-duty, continuous operation.

Its hydraulic system features dual-pump confluence with a maximum flow of 2×224 L/min and 32 MPa operating pressure. Hydraulic pilot control ensures smooth compound movements and strong gripping force, while the 270 L hydraulic oil tank maintains thermal balance for sustained, stable operation.

The tracked undercarriage provides low ground pressure and excellent mobility over muddy, uneven, and soft terrain. A two-speed travel system (3.4 / 5.2 km/h), 12.3 rpm slewing speed, and 16–22 s working cycle deliver efficient cycle times. Equipped with a 5-tine semi-closed orange peel grab (0.8 m³), a 6,800 mm boom and 5,800 mm stick, it offers a maximum grabbing reach of 13,407 mm, height of 7,415 mm, and an exceptional maximum grabbing depth of 10,874 mm — making it especially suited for ship unloading, deep-pit operations, large scrap yards, and port bulk handling.
