22T Mobile Material Handler (WZYD22-9) - Tracked

The WZYD22-9 is a 21-ton electric tracked material handler driven by a 75 kW three-phase induction motor (380V / 50Hz, 1485 r/min). Its all-electric powertrain delivers zero exhaust emissions, low noise, and substantially lower operating costs than diesel equivalents — ideal for indoor workshops, enclosed yards, and environmentally sensitive workplaces.

The hydraulic system features dual-pump confluence with a maximum flow of 2×166 L/min and 32 MPa operating pressure. Hydraulic pilot control ensures abundant power and precise movements, while the 228 L hydraulic oil tank supports sustained, stable operation.

Performance highlights include a 14.8 r/min slewing speed, a two-speed travel system (3.3 / 5.7 km/h), 122 kN maximum traction, and a low ground pressure of just 0.047 MPa for excellent mobility. Equipped with a 5-tine semi-closed orange peel grab (0.6 m³), a 6,200 mm boom and 4,200 mm stick, it offers a maximum grabbing reach of 11,352 mm, height of 8,796 mm, and depth of 5,123 mm — well suited for scrap processing, waste-to-energy plants, and bulk material transfer stations.
