43T Mobile Material Handler (WZYS43-9) - Tracked

The WZYS43-9 is a 43-ton dual-power tracked material handler, the flagship of the series, integrating both a diesel engine and a three-phase electric motor for flexible switching between operating modes. In diesel mode, a 180 kW engine (2000 rpm) with a 454 L fuel tank delivers mobility for off-grid, outdoor operation. In electric mode, a 132 kW motor (380V / 50Hz, 1485 rpm) provides zero emissions, low noise, and low operating cost for indoor and fixed-station work. One machine, two power sources — balancing mobility and economy.

The hydraulic system features dual-pump confluence with a maximum flow of 2×280 L/min in diesel mode and 2×208 L/min in electric mode, at 32 MPa operating pressure. Hydraulic pilot control ensures smooth compound movements and strong gripping force, while the 390 L hydraulic oil tank supports sustained heavy-duty stability.

The tracked undercarriage offers a low ground pressure of just 0.079 MPa, excellent mobility, and 290 kN maximum traction, with travel speeds of 2.9 / 4.8 km/h (diesel) and 2.1 / 3.5 km/h (electric). Two boom configurations — 7,700 mm and 8,200 mm — are available, both paired with a 6,000 mm stick. Equipped with a 5-tine semi-closed orange peel grab of 1.0 m³ capacity, it delivers a maximum grabbing reach of 14,538 / 15,013 mm, height of 11,593 / 12,094 mm, and depth of 7,386 / 7,420 mm. With dual-power switching and multiple boom combinations, it is widely suited for scrap processing, port bulk handling, waste-to-energy, and heavy industrial yards — a flagship solution balancing environmental compliance and operational efficiency.
