33T Mobile Material Handler (WZYD33-9) - Tracked

The WZYD33-9 is a 33-ton electric tracked material handler driven by a 110 kW three-phase induction motor (380V / 50Hz, 1485 r/min). Its all-electric powertrain delivers zero exhaust emissions, low noise, and substantially lower operating costs than diesel equivalents — ideal for indoor workshops, enclosed yards, waste-to-energy plants, and environmentally sensitive fixed workstations.

The hydraulic system features dual-pump confluence with a maximum flow of 2×208 L/min and 32 MPa operating pressure. Hydraulic pilot control ensures smooth compound movements and abundant gripping force, while the 276 L hydraulic oil tank supports sustained, stable operation.

The tracked undercarriage offers a low ground pressure of just 0.071 MPa and excellent mobility over soft, muddy, and uneven terrain, with 264 kN maximum traction. A two-speed travel system (2.7 / 4.9 km/h) and 10.5 r/min maximum slewing speed deliver dependable performance. Equipped with a 5-tine semi-closed orange peel grab (0.8 m³), a 6,800 mm boom and 5,800 mm stick, it offers a maximum grabbing reach of 13,493 mm, an exceptional maximum grabbing height of 10,958 mm, and depth of 7,418 mm — well suited for scrap processing, waste incineration feeding, bulk stockpiling, and high-platform loading applications.
