46T Mobile Material Handler (WZYD46-9) - Tracked

The WZYD46-9 is a 46-ton super-heavy-duty electric tracked material handler, the electric flagship of the series, driven by a three-phase induction motor (380V / 50Hz, 1485 r/min) available in 132 kW standard and 160 kW optional configurations to match operating intensity. Its all-electric powertrain delivers zero exhaust emissions, low noise, and substantially lower operating costs than diesel equivalents — the flagship choice for green, high-efficiency production at large fixed workstations.

Its hydraulic system features dual-pump confluence with a maximum flow of 2×267 L/min and 32 MPa operating pressure. Hydraulic pilot control ensures smooth compound movements and strong gripping force, while the 390 L hydraulic oil tank supports sustained heavy-duty stability.

The tracked undercarriage offers a low ground pressure of just 0.085 MPa, excellent mobility, and 273 kN maximum traction. A two-speed travel system (3.0 / 5.0 km/h) and 8.2 r/min maximum slewing speed deliver dependable performance. Equipped with a 5-tine semi-closed orange peel grab of 1.0 m³ capacity, an 8,200 mm boom and 6,300 mm stick, it offers a maximum grabbing reach of 15,530 mm and height of 12,938 mm, with depth of 7,495 mm — the largest working envelope in the entire series, well suited for large scrap processing centers, waste-to-energy plants, port bulk stockyards, and heavy industrial material yards.
