40T Mobile Material Handler (WZY40-8) - Tracked

The WZY40-8 is a 40-ton heavy-duty tracked material handler, the flagship of the series, powered by a Cummins QSB7-C227 diesel engine delivering 169 kW at 1900 rpm with a 458 L fuel tank — engineered for high-intensity, large-scale continuous operation.

Its hydraulic system features dual-pump confluence with a maximum flow of 2×266 L/min and 30 MPa operating pressure. Hydraulic pilot control ensures smooth compound movements and strong gripping force, while the 410 L hydraulic oil tank maintains thermal balance for sustained heavy-duty stability.

The tracked undercarriage provides low ground pressure and excellent mobility across diverse terrain. A two-speed travel system (2.8 / 4.7 km/h), 8.1 r/min slewing speed, and 16–22 s working cycle deliver dependable cycle efficiency. Equipped with a 5-tine semi-closed orange peel grab of 1.0 m³ capacity, a 7,700 mm boom and 6,000 mm stick, it offers a maximum grabbing reach of 14,806 mm and height of 12,199 mm, with depth of 7,328 mm — the largest working envelope in the series, making it the ideal heavy-duty solution for large scrap yards, port bulk terminals, waste-to-energy centers, and heavy industrial stockyards.
