100 TPH Radial Stacker for Kaolin and Feldspar

This is a radial conveyor for transporting, distributing and feeding materials with high abrasiveness, a tendency to stick and poor flowability. This project is about movement and distribution of clay materials in production lines with the ability to change the direction of transport (radial movement).

Requirements for radial conveyor

Design Features

• Construction materials:
• Conveyor belt: wear-resistant multilayer coating (rubber with carbide inserts or polyurethane).
• Rollers and guides: Hardox steel or with tungsten carbide coating.
• Anti-corrosion treatment of all metal elements.

Note: we may also provide radial telescopic stacker to stockpile kaolin and feldspar.

Radial system

• Possibility of turning the conveyor at an angle of up to 180° (or another, agreed with the customer).
• Adjustable turning radius to adapt to the production line.
• Smooth direction change mechanism (hydraulic/electric drive).

Tightness and protection

• Side walls to prevent material spillage.
• Dust suppression system (aspiration units or wet cleaning).
