TMC Tracked Mobile Stacker Conveyor

Introduction
MNSTACKER TMC Series tracked mobile conveyors are the ideal solution for stockpiling materials fed by mobile crushing/screening plants. The mobility and flexibility of track stacker conveyors reduces/eliminates the use of wheel loaders on site. The range of tracked mobile stacker conveyor ensures all applications are catered for from heavy duty primary mobile jaw crushing applications to mobile screening applications.
Components of Tracked Stacker Conveyors

Materials Feed Hopper
Large hopper area will receive bulk materials from previous equipment.The foot of hopper are equipped with anti-spill rubber skirt to prevent material from spilling at the loading point. The feeding height is adjustable.

Foldable Belt Conveyor
It is made of heavy duty folded mild steel plate. The belt conveyor can be folded using hydraulic cylinders. During transportation, it is easy to be put into 40ft containers or put on a trailer. For large handling capacity, the conveyor will use lattice steel frame.

Tracked Mobile Chassis
Use heavy duty steel tracks, with integrated webbed plate design for the rear telescopic mountings, to carry power system, belt conveyor system, hydraulic system, and control system, etc.

Eelectric Hydraulic System
Due to the three-pump system, all hydraulic components such as pumps, filters, tanks, valves, etc. can be easily maintained. The steel hydraulic tank is equipped with a level gauge and lockable filler cap.

Power Engine and Control
This tracked mobile conveyors integrate engine and control system. Start a system with security features. It is equipped with engine monitoring, tracking system and LED indication for recording faults. Controlling panel is mounted in secure canopy with lockable doors.
