THF Series Mobile Hopper Feeder

This THF Series Mobile Hopper Feeder can discharge bulk materials directly from wheel loaders, grab cranes and excavators. The Max length of belt conveyor is 21m (70ft). The Max. Discharging height of this mobile hopper feeder is up to 9.1m (29ft). The Max Hopper is 24m³ and stockpiling is about 1315m³. This series of mobile hopper feeders has the following main components.

1. Hopper Feeder

This tracked mobile hopper feeder has a large hopper for bulk materials receiving and storage. The feed hopper capacity is available in 12, 18, 24m³. It consists of these component listed below.

• Hopper fall break for absorbing impact of materials during feeding process.
• Manual hopper gate to provide stable material flow.
• Hopper sealing skirt board to eliminates materials spillage.
• Belt feeder use impact rollers and impact bar to support belt.
• Apron chain feeder can be used instead of belt feeder.
• Heavy duty rubber belts for heavy loading applications.
• Wear liners are available for special materials like aggregate and iron ore.

2. Inclined Conveyor

It is used to stockpile bulk materials in stockyard and feed bulk materials to other equipment. According to applications and feeding ability, the inclined belt conveyor frames come into two types.

• steel plate frame,
• lattice steel frame.

Both types of conveyors have head hydraulic folding head section allowing for compact road transportation. The lattice steel frame of inclined belt conveyor can provide a higher strength to support conveyor idlers, belts, pulleys, and conveyed materials.

3. Hydraulic System

Our tracked mobile hopper has steel fabricated hydraulic tank complete with fill leavel gauge and lockable filler cap. It can provide strong and stable hydraulic power to fold inclined conveyor and raise belt conveyor.

4. Multipe Mobile Chassis

a. Tracked Mobile Chassis

• Heavy duty structural steel chassis.
• All moving joints have incorporated heavy duty bosses.
• Lockable doors for easy access to engine, hydraulics, fuel tank etc.
• Drive: hydraulic power.
• Tensioning: hydraulic adjuster, grease tension.

Tracked mobile chassis can achieve three different movement modes.

b. Wheeld Tyer Chassis

1. Tracked Mobile Hopper for Stockpiling and Feeding Applications. The handling capacity can reach up to 1000t/h.
2. Tyre and Tracked Mobile Hopper for Reclaiming and Feeding Application. The handling capacity even can reach up to 2500t/h.

5. Engine and Control

The power generator and control panel are mounted on mobile chassis.

• Engine monitoring and tracking sytem.
• LED light for maintenance.
• Full frequency certified CE, FCC, and AU remotes systems.
• Controlling panel are mounted in secure canopy with lockable doors.
